Your role

• You are the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT incidents, service requests, and technical questions from end users
• You analyze and resolve IT problems in 1st-Level-Support - from workstation devices to applications and access and connection problems
• You process tickets in a structured manner in the ITSM system, prioritize requests, and ensure clean documentation
• You coordinate escalations to downstream support teams and accompany the solution until successful completion
• You support user management, permissions, device configurations, and software installations
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and the strengthening of users' technical knowledge

Your expertise

• You have an IT education or comparable professional experience
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk / IT Support
• Very good knowledge in:

Microsoft 365 Windows 11 Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management Remote-Desktop-Lösungen ** Support for mobile devices (iOS & Android)

• Basic knowledge in:

Networks (LAN, VPN) Active Directory and Entra ID Azure-Services IT-Asset-Management ** IT-Security in the workplace environment (e.g., Antivirus, BitLocker, password management)

• You bring technical understanding, service orientation, and a passion for problem-solving
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally, even in international teams
