Research Innovation Officer (Apprenticeship) (M/F)
As part of the development of its research and innovation activities, CESI LINEACT (Research Unit 7527) is looking for an apprentice for the Operational Direction of Transfer and Valorization, responsible for supporting the research unit's innovation process.
Your missions:
Within the Direction de la Recherche et de l’Innovation (DRI), you will be required to contribute to the following actions:
Define and deploy a methodology for mapping the expertise and knowledge of the research unit, allowing for the establishment of an exhaustive panorama and positioning them according to their technological maturity level (TRL) and human maturity level (HRL), while contributing to its dissemination.
Identify the industrial needs and strategic markets of the research unit in coherence with this panorama.
Design and implement support mechanisms aimed at facilitating the capitalization, sharing, and structuring of knowledge and needs across the entire research unit.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of innovation processes within the laboratory.

Profile sought:
You hold a Bac+2 level diploma and are preparing a degree preferably related to innovation management or business management, or potentially a generalist engineering degree with a strong affinity for innovation. Proficiency in technical English is necessary for this position.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
Start date: September or October 2026
Apprenticeship contract: 24 to 36 months depending on your school
