OPERATIONS MANAGER M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your missions Reporting hierarchically to the Director of Operations, your main missions will be as follows:

• You are responsible for the implementation of services within your scope as well as prevention and security measures (human, electronic, technological) in compliance with contractual clauses, security regulations, as well as social rules and group standards,
• You ensure the perfect operational and budgetary management of a strategic CESG client by ensuring the financial sustainability of your scope,
• You maintain total confidentiality regarding the information communicated to you,
• You ensure the implementation, supervision, organization, and control of services.
• You supervise the personnel under your authority,
• You will be required to monitor agent training, whether regarding external aspects or internal site aspects (knowledge of the site and procedures)
• You participate in client meetings and your representative function for CESG will lead you to communicate directly with the client,
• You will establish reporting according to CESG and client processes,
• You will take all measures to guarantee contract compliance, service quality, and client satisfaction,
• You ensure compliance with company agreements and current legislation,
• You will be informed of changes in services and must ensure that the service performed on-site complies with the specifications, site instructions, and directives communicated by the client or CESG to the site personnel.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With a higher education degree at the Bac+4/5 level, you have significant experience of at least 10 years acquired in operational roles with high responsibilities, including team management and the steering of complex activities. You possess an excellent mastery of security and safety issues as well as an in-depth knowledge of associated procedures. Holding the SSIAP 3 certification is imperative. You are proficient in professional English, both spoken and written, as well as common office tools. Equipped with a strong sense of analysis and synthesis, you know how to maintain perspective, prioritize actions, and effectively support decision-making. Recognized for your leadership qualities, rigor, and organizational skills, you are able to operate in demanding environments and manage organizations with high operational stakes. Your interpersonal skills allow you to interact with high-level stakeholders and develop relationships of trust in an international context. Finally, you demonstrate a strong ability to combine operational excellence, performance, operational security, and team management.
