Quantity Surveyor /Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Manage cost planning, budgeting and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects. Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor proposals. Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications. Prepare progress claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts. Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors. Track project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management. Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate commerical risks. Assist in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry. A more experienced candidate will be considered for a senior position.
