Design Coordinator

Job Description: Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal departments to gather information, clarify design intent and resolve technical discrepancies

Coordinate internally with drafting team to implement design changes, update drawings and guide the drafter to produce the concrete body plan for construction

Track design submission, approval and revision using registers and logs, ensuring version control and document traceability

Review drawings for completeness, consistency and compliance with project requirements

Coordinate responses to RFI, design clarification and site queries to ensure timely resolution of technical issues during construction

Facilitate and document design coordination meeting by preparing agenda, taking minutes and following up on action items

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and authority requirements in design submission and drawings

Requirements: Only Singaporeans.

Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years' relevant in construction or design experience.
