Your tasks

This role is for a Welder Operative—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed. You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Manufacture products in line with engineering drawings and job specifications
• Carry out fabrication and welding activities to a high standard
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met before progression
• Maintain productivity and meet agreed production deadlines

Requirements

The Individual We’re looking for people who can show:

• NVQ/C&G in Fabrication and welding and exposure to work with sheet metal
• Working from fabrication drawings

What we offer

• Overtime available
• Hourly rate of pay £15.85 ph with a weekly attendance bonus of £30 ph
