Reporting to the Technical & Innovation Direction, you will steer and evolve the information system in a multi-site context undergoing significant transformation. At the head of the Applications and Infrastructure teams, you will ensure the global coherence of the IS, its alignment with business challenges, and its ability to support our growth. Your main missions are as follows: Define and implement the IS strategy You define and carry the company's IS strategy by building a multi-year roadmap aligned with development and transformation challenges. You structure the governance of the information system, facilitate exchanges with business units, and ensure the coherence, performance, and evolution of the entire IS ecosystem. Steer applications & transformation projects You supervise all business applications (accounting, HR, production, internal tools...), prioritize and steer cross-functional IS projects, and coordinate the resources necessary for their success. Furthermore, you ensure a high-quality relationship with publishers, integrators, and service providers, ensuring compliance with service quality commitments, costs, and deadlines. Support the development of digital uses: Microsoft Environment & digital workplace You steer the development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive...) and support the evolution of collaborative uses. You structure document governance to promote information sharing, process efficiency, and the adoption of digital tools by users. Leverage data and encourage innovation You play a central role in leveraging data by structuring information flows and application interconnections (API, automations...). You contribute to data governance by guaranteeing its quality, organization, and the reliability of master data. In connection with the relevant stakeholders, you ensure that GDPR requirements are taken into account in IS tools and projects and participate in discussions regarding artificial intelligence and digital innovation. Guarantee a secure and high-performing IS With the support of the Infrastructure Team Lead, you ensure the robustness, security, and performance of infrastructures, networks, and workstations. You actively contribute to strengthening cybersecurity, access management, and user awareness to sustainably secure the information system. Manage and unite teams You manage the Applications and Infrastructure teams, composed of about ten employees, by promoting skill development, transversality, and cooperation. You define priorities, coordinate activities, and support teams toward the objectives of performance and continuous improvement. You manage external providers, optimize the IS operating model, and ensure the preparation and monitoring of the IS budget. To facilitate interactions with teams and Management, the position is ideally based in Rennes. However, a location in Vannes may be considered depending on the candidate's profile.
A graduate of higher education in IT / information systems, you have proven experience in IT team management, ideally acquired in a multi-site environment. You possess solid expertise in IS governance, project management, and change management. Comfortable in Microsoft 365 and cloud environments, you master the challenges related to business applications, cybersecurity, and data management. Your ability to structure, prioritize, and arbitrate allows you to effectively support the evolution of the information system. You have good negotiation skills with providers and the ability to optimize investments, and you master operational technical English. Recognized for your leadership qualities, you know how to unite teams and stakeholders around a common vision, while remaining close to business needs. Your sense of service, adaptability, and rigor allow you to evolve effectively in transforming environments.
