YOUNG TALENTS PROGRAM

We present our new call for the Second Edition of theYoung Talents Program*, a unique opportunity for those who wish to grow professionally, learn in a real environment, and leave their mark on the agri-food sector.

What does the program offer?

Starting in January, for 6 months, you will immerse yourself in a professional journey where each day will offer a new challenge and a new possibility for growth.

You will receive high-impact practical training: you will not just observe, you will participate.

You will be supported by a tutor, someone with experience in the field, who will guide you, provide personalized feedback, and help you bring out the best in yourself.

Who are we looking for?

Students in their final years or recent graduates of Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Food Engineering, Science and Technology, Business Administration and Management, Finance and related disciplines.

Proactive, creative profile, with communication skills, teamwork, and result orientation.

B2 level of English (there will be a level test during the process).

Availability to complete the internship in Venta de Baños (Palencia).

Availability for a split shift schedule from Monday to Thursday (from 09:00 to 17:00) and intensive shifts on Fridays (from 09:00 to 14:00).

No relevant previous experience is required; what we are looking for is potential, attitude, and the desire to contribute.
