Administrative and Financial Manager / Administrative Manager (M/F)

The Role Reporting to the General Management, the position acts as a true strategic business partner at the heart of the Group's structuring decisions, directly contributing to value creation and securing growth in a multi-entity and international environment.

Expected Scope:

• Steering Group economic performance and profitability
• Financial structuring and multi-subsidiary organization
• Management and optimization of cash, WCR, and financing
• International development and structuring of economic models by country
• Active contribution to external growth operations and structuring investments

Governance:

• Member of the CODIR
• Management: 17 people
• Organization: centralized
• Finance IT: 2 ERP in place

Key Challenges:

• Securing sustained growth without slowing down development
• Structuring a Group in international expansion while preserving its agility
• Installing a strong culture of cash, ROI, and performance within teams and operations
• Being a trusted and challenging interlocutor for the General Management
• Evolving the finance function to support scaling up

Proposed Conditions:

• Location: Buchelay (78)
• Total compensation: 120 k€ - 150 k€ depending on profile and experience

The Profile Sought:

• Confirmed experience in Group Finance Direction / CFO
• International environment, ideally industrial
• Solid mastery of cash, WCR, and financial structuring issues
• Experience in external growth and structuring operations appreciated
• Ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution
• Leadership, high standards, and the posture of a demanding and constructive business partner
• Fluent English indispensable - German appreciated
