STORE MANAGER- HOMESAVERS ROSCOMMON

Homesavers are recruiting for Store Manager to join our team in Homesavers Roscommon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support the store team by setting clear expectations. Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Manage roster, attendance, and payroll processes efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times while maintaining store standards and safety.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate order placement requirements.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Drive performance and achieve store targets.
• Monitor performance and take action to improve results
• Manage daily operations including opening/closing of store and cash handling
• Oversee stock control, deliveries, and stockroom organisation
• Ensure company procedures and policies are followed
• Conduct regular checks on pricing, inventory, stock accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment
• Communicate effectively with head office and higher management

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment is desirable but not essential.
