*Deals Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time)*

Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. is a third-generation, family-run brokerage based in Scarborough, serving the GTA east end.

We're looking for a Deals Administrator to manage real estate transactions from offer to close.

*What you'll do*

• Manage transactions from start to finish
• Enter deal details into LoneWolf
• Keep agents, clients, and other parties in the loop
• Keep records accurate and compliant
• Prepare and submit transaction paperwork
• Track deadlines and follow up on open items

*What you'll need*

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
• Experience with LoneWolf and/or SkySlope
• Solid with Microsoft Office
• Real estate or admin experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 ? 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
