- An important company in the technology sector is looking for a Service Desk Analyst Semi Senior.
Required profile:
- Education: Technician in Systems, Informatics, Telecommunications, Networks, or related careers.
- Minimum experience: 2 years in positions related to technical support, help desk, or information technologies.
Functions:
- Attend to user requirements regarding software and hardware functionality, providing timely solutions.
- Install and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Configure computing equipment, operating systems, software, and cabling according to user needs.
- Train and instruct users in the use of IT tools.
- Keep records of operations, incidents, problems, corrective actions, and installations performed up to date.
- Manage IT incidents according to technical specifications and service protocols.
- Operate IT and digital tools according to technical manuals and protocols.
- Provide support to information technologies using computational tools and established procedures.
- Perform functions related to the position.
- Language: English minimum level B1.
These would be your working conditions!
- Salary: Between 2 and 4 minimum wages, to be agreed upon according to experience.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not worked).
- Modality: Hybrid (3 to 4 days in-person in the office and the rest working remotely). 42 hours per week.
- Contract: Indefinite.
