Your challenge
You will be responsible for leading and supervising the comprehensive vendor payment process, ensuring an efficient, timely operation aligned with the organization's financial controls.
We are looking for professionals with:
- Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Between 1 and 2 years leading or coordinating teams.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERPs.
- Advanced Excel.
- English B2+ or higher.
- Experience in vendor payments, banking platforms, and financial controls.
- Desirable experience in automation and continuous improvement.
Some of your functions will be:
- Leading the vendor payment process.
- Coordinating and validating payment proposals.
- Managing urgent and exceptional payments.
- Resolving banking issues and payment rejections.
- Monitoring KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Driving automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Interacting with Treasury, Purchasing, Tax, and Finance areas.
