Samsung Electronics Colombia is looking for a Finance Projects & Process Supervisor (Inclusive vacancy for people with disabilities).
Your tasks
- Manage and monitor projects, processes, and operational initiatives of the financial area.
- Administer and control management indicators (KPIs) and financial monitoring reports of the different sub-areas.
- Consolidate, validate, and analyze financial information coming from corporate systems and management tools.
- Document, update, and maintain procedures, manuals, and controls associated with financial processes.
- Coordinate validation, monitoring, and articulation activities with different areas of the organization to ensure operational and documentary compliance.
- Support audit processes, internal control, and regulatory compliance through the organization and traceability of financial information.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the strengthening of financial processes and controls.
Requirements
Required Profile Education: Technologist or professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related areas.
Minimum experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project monitoring and process documentation.
Technical knowledge
- Handling of SAP.
- Advanced handling of Excel for information monitoring and control.
- Monitoring of management indicators (KPIs).
- Handling of corporate tools.
- Document management, project monitoring, and financial process control.
Language: Intermediate English B1.
