Required Profile: Education: High school graduate and above. Minimum experience: Desirable experience of 1 year in customer service, technical support, call center, or related areas. Functions: Provide specialized assistance to users. Resolve technical incidents and queries related to installation and configuration. Guarantee an efficient and satisfactory service experience. Follow up on assigned cases. Comply with the quality and productivity indicators of the operation. Technical knowledge: Customer service. Basic handling of office tools. Basic technical support. Effective communication and user orientation. Language: English B2 and above. These would be your working conditions! Salary: OCP (40 hours): $2.185.714 OPS (42 hours): $2.550.000 Schedule: Training: Monday to Friday from 6:00 a. m. to 3:00 p. m. Monday to Friday from 1:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. Operation: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 8:00 p. m. (March to November). Monday to Friday from 9:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m. (November to March). Rest: Weekends. Modality: On-site.
