Professional Safety Officer

1. Inspect and suggest to the employer to comply with laws regarding occupational safety, health, and working environment.
2. Analyze work to identify hazards and determine preventive measures or safe working procedures to propose to the employer.
3. Measure and evaluate the working environment or collaborate with individuals/agencies registered with the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare to certify or inspect evidence/reports regarding the inspection of the working environment in the establishment.
4. Analyze work plans, projects, including suggestions from various departments, and propose occupational safety measures to the employer.
5. Report accidents, investigate causes, and analyze injuries, illnesses, or nuisances resulting from work, and report results including suggestions to the employer to prevent recurrence.
6. Advise employees to comply with regulations and safety manuals; inspect the working environment in the establishment.
7. Advise, coach, and train employees regarding chemicals, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safety warning signs.
8. Perform risk assessments covering all high-risk areas.
9. Suggest to the employer to ensure appropriate occupational safety management for the establishment and continuously develop its efficiency.
10. Audit the operations of the establishment to ensure compliance with work plans, projects, or occupational safety measures.
11. Collect statistics, analyze data, and prepare reports such as จปว., สอ. 1-3, สก. 1-3, and คปอ. meeting minutes to submit to the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare as scheduled.
12. Provide knowledge and training on occupational diseases and the environment to employees before starting work and during employment to review knowledge at least once a year.
13. Perform other occupational safety tasks as assigned by the employer.

Qualifications: Female, Age 25 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields At least 1 year of experience in safety and environmental work within a factory Able to use basic computer programs such as MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Good knowledge of English (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing) Knowledge of Document Center systems for ISO 14001 : 2015 Knowledge of S-SFM and E-SFM
