Bilingual Receptionist in Hospitality - in Hospitality

Important hotel and restaurant chain located in the Centro Histórico of Mexico City, committed to providing personalized and quality service inspired by the warmth of Mexican culture, is looking for personnel:

BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, (graduate, intern)
• Advanced conversational English level.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service or hotel reception, or having completed professional internships and social service in reception.
• Gender: regardless of sex.
• Age: 22 to 30 years.
• Must have original employment certificates.
• Must be labor-constant.

FUNCTIONS:

• Perform guest check in and check out.
• Follow up on customer requests.
• Taking reservations.
• Provide all information regarding hotel services.
• Collection of stay payments.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee a pleasant stay for guests.

Work is from Monday to Sunday, with days off during the week and rotating shifts:

• 07:00 a.m. to 15:00 hrs.
• 15:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs.
• 23:00 hrs to 07:00 a.m.

Important: once you are familiar with both shifts, the night shift rotates.
