Deputy CEO for consulting company

Background

Centio Consulting Group AB is an expansive consulting company focusing on infrastructure projects within road and railway. We offer qualified engineers and specialists to both public and private actors. Our emphasis lies on delivering resources and competence to complex construction projects that place high demands on quality, efficiency, and collaboration.

In recent years, the company has built a strong position as client support for the public sector, and we are now in a phase of rapid growth and broadening. Our organization today consists of a CEO, Business Manager, Consulting Manager, and Bid Manager, with offices in Vällingby, Stockholm.

To further strengthen the leadership and long-term secure the company's growth, we are now seeking a Deputy CEO. The role involves working closely with the current CEO and Business Manager for approximately two years, with the goal of subsequently taking over as CEO and leading Centio into the next development phase. Tasks As Deputy CEO, you will have broad responsibility encompassing both operational and strategic parts:

• Lead and develop the business together with the current CEO, focusing on construction projects within infrastructure, road, and railway.

• Build and develop customer relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors within the industry.

• Drive sales and business development, identifying new projects and framework agreements.

• Participate in tender work and ensure competitive bids within our technical areas.

• Responsible for personnel management of consultants and internal resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.

• Follow up on deliveries and customer satisfaction in ongoing assignments.

• Gradually take over the CEO's responsibility for finance, budget, and reporting.

Requirements At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role within consulting operations. Experience of client responsibility within the private sector. Experience of recruitment within consulting operations. Experience of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies. Experience of business development within consulting operations. Ability to lead personnel and drive growth in an entrepreneurial organization. Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.

At the office in Vällingby outside Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work two days a week. During the coming years, Centio plans to establish the office more centrally in Stockholm.
