Your tasks

We are looking for a Risk and Opportunity Engineer for a consulting assignment in Luleå. Scope: 100 %. Job Description You identify, analyze, and follow up on risks, opportunities, and threats during the project lifecycle. Tasks Develop the risk management plan and identify risks and opportunities with the discipline managers. Manage the risk register and coordinate it with WBS, CBS, and the schedule. Lead risk workshops and stakeholder interviews. Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation. Follow up on actions, responsibilities, deadlines, reserves, and schedule buffers. Report risks and opportunities as well as track new risks and lessons learned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in project risk management or similar roles. Knowledge of risk management standards, e.g., PMI, ISO 31000, and AACEI. Experience with QRA tools, e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk. Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and risk management platforms, e.g., ARM and Safran Risk. Fluent English.

Merits RMP or equivalent certification is a merit.

Personal qualities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Very good communication skills and the ability to lead and facilitate group processes. A team player with the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
