In the role with us

As a change manager with us, you will drive business-critical change initiatives that make a real difference for our customers. You will work closely with management teams, project managers, and business units to ensure that transformations result in behavioral changes and business results. You will develop strategies, communication plans, and activation efforts, while building trusting relationships and supporting managers and key individuals in taking ownership of the change. You will facilitate workshops, lead change networks, and follow up on effects and KPIs. The role also involves contributing to internal method development, business development, and the team's collective competence – and not least, being part of an engaged and caring team where development and learning are central.

We see that you

• Have 2-5 years of professional experience in change management, management consulting, and transformation projects
• Have experience in leading change in business-critical transformations, IT- and business-related change, as well as impact realization/benefit management
• Have worked in client assignments or a consulting environment
• Have experience in designing and implementing change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder management
• Have strong analytical skills and can translate complex needs into structured plans
• Are confident in facilitating workshops, leading training, and activating managers
• Enjoy following up on effects, compliance, development, and benefit realization
• Have a communicative, unpretentious, and collaborative style in your advisory role
• Are self-driven, responsible, and curious to develop – both in client deliveries and internally
• Have an academic education in a relevant field
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Certification in Prosci/ADAKAR
• Experience with ERP implementations
• Experience in organizational development
• Industry experience (retail, construction and real estate, industry, public sector, etc.)
• Experience in impact management and Business Case work
• Experience in sales support or business development
• Change management related to AI
