Client Development Associate | Public Programs

The Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (FranklinCovey Philippines) is looking for a Client Development Associate for Public. He / She is responsible for maintaining and developing CLCI accounts through telemarketing.

Responsibilities:

Build a robust sales pipeline through phone calls / email messages to generate sales for FranklinCovey public programs

Close sales and exceed his/her specific individual annual/monthly sales targets

Can clearly explain the benefits of FranklinCovey programs, processes, products, and services

Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account is maintained and actively sending participants in FranklinCovey’s public programs

Provide general administrative support (when needed) to the Public Workshop Team to ensure smooth delivery of programs

Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database

Confident and driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong work ethic

An avid learner – has the ability and passion to learn new systems, products, and processes

One year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferable skills

Strong telemarketing experience is an advantage
