Your tasks

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

• Mentors, coaches, and leads in Saturday staff discipleship and prayer.
• Intentionally monitors and looks after the FCMs and their struggles in their family, relationship or with any work-related issues.
• Coordinates with the HRD to ensure that the sick staff was ministered, prayed for, and visited if possible.
• Ensures that bereaved families of community partners and staff were served and well cared for by offering wake services and comfort.
• Ensures regular monthly meetings amongst fellowship group leaders.
• Mediates conflicts between staff and community partners.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements An Evangelical Christian with a personal commitment to Jesus Christ; with doctrinal stand aligned and in agreement with the CCT Group Statement of Faith and Core Values and with Commitment to Serve.
