DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR

We are hiring one candidate for the position of Deputy Director of the Commercial Sector, who will actively participate in the development of sales activities, management of key clients, and coordination of the commercial activities of our branches and offices. We are looking for a proactive and responsible person with experience in logistics, forwarding, and/or transport, with strong negotiation skills and a focus on achieving measurable results.

Job Description:

• monitoring the economic efficiency and profitability of business operations and implementing activities to achieve set goals
• market analysis, proposing and implementing sales activities
• managing business relationships with key clients and client acquisition
• monitoring and improving the collection of receivables
• proposing market strategy and sales policy
• monitoring market conditions and proposing adjustments to the Company's service fees
• analysis and improvement of the Sector's business processes
• participating in domestic and international meetings significant to the Company's business.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the market and a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, forwarding, and/or transport
• Advanced negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take responsibility
• Independence, responsibility, adaptability, proactive approach, and results-oriented
• Active knowledge of the English language, knowledge of an additional foreign language (German, Italian) is desirable
• Advanced computer skills and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.

Advantage:

• Passed professional exam for a customs agent
• Knowledge of working in Brix and/or Diglas.
