PLACE OF WORK: BAJAKOVO BORDER CROSSING We are looking for reinforcement for our team at the Bajakovo Border Crossing for the position of Logistics, Trade and Forwarding Associate (job level depending on the candidate's experience) with the following tasks and responsibilities:
- all types of customs representation (import, export, transit) which includes: collecting and preparing documentation for the receipt, customs clearance, and dispatch of goods, preparing and submitting customs declarations, submissions, requests, and appeals in the customs procedure, attending customs inspections of goods, and other related tasks,
- international forwarding tasks; receiving orders, providing transport instructions, preparing transport documents, tracking shipments,
- contacting clients and contracting parties in the realization of operational tasks,
- preparation of documentation for invoicing and invoicing
- calculation, control, and closing of positions,
- maintaining appropriate records,
- performing tasks prescribed by the Quality Management System,
- performing other tasks as ordered by superiors. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- We are hiring a CUSTOMS DECLARANT WITH A PASSED PROFESSIONAL EXAM and a minimum of one year of work experience in the same or similar jobs,
- secondary vocational education (three-year or four-year high school program),
- knowledge of working in Brix (eCarinskiOtpremnik) is desirable,
- knowledge of the English language (speaking level – basic, writing level – basic),
- computer skills (Microsoft 365 / Office, Internet),
- driving license for category B vehicles,
