Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function, ensure financial compliance, drive business performance, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Lead financial reporting and accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and Group policies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and coordinate external audits.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, and variance analysis.

Ensure full tax compliance and effective financial risk management.

Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management.

Maintain strong internal controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial governance.

Lead ERP and treasury system implementations, including Oracle ERP deployment.

Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Manage, coach, and develop the finance team.

Act as the primary liaison with Head Office Finance teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting, including team leadership.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, Armenian tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements.

Experience managing audits, budgets, treasury operations, and financial controls.

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems; ERP implementation experience is highly desirable.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Experience with AI tools is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Armenian and English; Russian is a plus.
