HUMAN RESOURCES: Male, in the process of obtaining a TSU, knowledge of digital platforms (PowerBI, Excel, Canva, etc). Can be from the career of Information and Communication Technologies; Industrial Engineering, etc., customer service and dynamic, ease of organization and teamwork, sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Soft skills such as dealing with customers and different management levels, communication skills, knowledge of digital platforms (PowerBI, Excel, Canva, etc), knowledge in lean manufacturing, statistics, integral training with scientific and technological support and with critical thinking.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: Knowledge of industrial safety standards at a basic level, data analysis, dynamism, basic handling of Excel and preparation of reports, ease of communication, criteria to understand and solve risks, proactivity, order and follow-up.
