Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and technically sound Civil &Structural (C&S) Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team.

In this role, you will take ownership of small-to-medium-scale projects as a Project Lead while working on major national and international infrastructure projects.

This position offers a clear career progression path toward becoming a registered Professional Engineer (PE) or a senior project manager within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Establish client requirements, define engineering approaches, and serve as Technical Lead for small-to-medium C&S projects.
• Geotechnical and Structural Design: Deliver detailed designs, design calculations, specifications, and drafting for Geotechnical, Reinforced Concrete (RC) and/or Structural Steel works in compliance with Eurocodes, Singapore National Annexes (NA), SS EN, and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Represent the firm at site inspections, technical consultations, and project meetings; coordinate seamlessly with clients, contractors, government agencies, and fellow consultants.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.

Experience

Minimum 2 to 5 years of practical design and project management experience within a C&S engineering consultancy.

Technical Expertise

In-depth working knowledge of Eurocodes, Singapore National Annexes (NA), SS EN, and local building codes.

Career Goal

Strong desire and potential to pursue PE Registration or advance into Senior Technical/Project Leadership .

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and strong team leadership capabilities.

Residency

Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) preferred.
