Junior Group Management Controller (M/F)

In a dynamic and transforming environment, you will join the finance team to support the development of maritime and industrial activities across a multi-company perimeter. You will play a key role in steering economic performance, ensuring the reliability of financial data, and optimizing processes.

GROUP MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER (M/F) JUNIOR - CDI - AGM

Missions

Analysis of production costs and stocks: Evaluate and analyze costs related to various production processes (milling, chicken slaughtering, laying hen management, others.). Identify sources of cost variability and propose solutions to control them. Analysis of flows and stock variations. Budget preparation and monitoring: Participate in the preparation of forecast budgets in collaboration with operational teams. Ensure budget monitoring and analyze variances between forecasts and actuals. Reporting and dashboards: Design and implement reporting tools to track economic and operational performance. Prepare periodic reports for management and department heads. Performance analysis: Monitoring and analysis of key KPIs of the companies' activities. Define relevant KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency. Financial profitability analysis by product. Monitor and analyze indicators in order to propose corrective actions. Support for operational teams: Work in close collaboration with production teams to support them in managing their performance. Participate in project monitoring meetings and strategic decisions. Continuous improvement: Propose areas for improving processes and management tools. Proactive in cost optimization and performance improvement. Contribute to cross-functional projects related to economic performance. this list of missions is non-exhaustive.

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5), Business School or other higher education in Finance / Management Control, or Engineer plus MBA audit/finance.
• 1st experience required in management control, ideally in a multi-activity sector.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in and proximity to operations.

• Interpersonal skills, tenacity, calmness, and ability to propose solutions.
• Strong analytical and synthetic mindset.

• Excellent mastery of "Microsoft suite office" notably Excel and good knowledge of BI tools.

Position based in Martinique, more specifically in LE ROBERT, possible travel to group entities.
