Celonis is hiring a Senior Value Engineer to drive transformation programs in the Public Sector. In this role, you will uncover organizational issues and own outcomes from discovery to realized ROI, while cultivating executive sponsorship and co-owning change management with customer leaders.

• Steer global transformation programs and implement AI-driven account planning
• Act as AI-fluent operator and champion platform adoption

Wat je meebrengt

• 5+ years experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle
• Builder mentality with proactive hunting for high-impact solutions
• Proven expertise in process improvements and value realization
• Experience orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs
• Deep understanding of Public Sector trends
