Celonis is seeking a Senior/Lead AI Consultant to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive business transformation by leading discovery workshops and building AI-powered platform solutions.

What you will do

• Conduct business discovery workshops to define use cases
• Direct AI agents to build data models, analyses, and dashboards
• Build and configure Celonis platform solutions
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes
• Lead value creation workshops and define improvement measures
• Enable customer users to use and extend solutions independently

What you bring

• 4-7+ years in management or IT consulting
• Ability to build and configure Celonis platform solutions
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering
• Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas
• Additional languages
