Overview: We?re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a customer-facing environment. You?ll serve as the face of the brand, helping customers, showcasing products, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Perform product demonstrations
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
• Stay informed on promotions and sales
• Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, including over the phone
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked sales floor
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Preferred but not required:
• 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or phone etiquette
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
