Product owner (M/F)

Regarding the mission:

Do you want to contribute to the digital transformation of a fast-growing international group and support the evolution of solutions at the heart of business operations?

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner capable of intervening in a complex international environment, working closely with business teams, field users, and technical teams.

Product Steering

• Define and carry the product vision in line with business challenges.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap.
• Prioritize and arbitrate the backlog based on the value provided to users.
• Write User Stories and ensure their proper understanding by the development teams.
• Participate in the evolution strategy of applications and business processes.

Business Support

• Collect, analyze, and challenge the needs of operational departments.
• Facilitate scoping and functional design workshops.
• Ensure process consistency between the different countries and entities of the group.
• Support users in change management.

Functional Support and Continuous Improvement

• Participate in the analysis of complex functional incidents.
• Identify areas for improvement in applications and processes.
• Contribute to service quality and user satisfaction.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation.

International Coordination

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders spread across several countries.
• Ensure the alignment of local needs with group standards.
• Participate in deployment projects and the optimization of solutions internationally.

Environment

• International group present in several dozen countries.
• Multicultural teams.
• Business challenges with a strong operational dimension.
• Digital transformation and modernization of processes.
• Agile methods and product-oriented organization.

• 5 - 8 years minimum experience in a similar position
• English level: imperative oral/written: international context
