normal to discover our offers! Your main missions Main missions Sourcing and supplier strategy Develop and manage the offshore supplier base to meet the company's needs.
Co-construct sourcing strategies and secure medium and long-term production capacities with group managers and sourcing offices.
Develop reactive sourcing solutions, particularly in near-shoring, to support business challenges.
Master the finished product and the material.
Negotiation and purchasing performance Lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and lead time conditions.
Guarantee purchasing profitability and contribute to margin improvement.
Manage permanent programs (NOS) and secure their supply.
Participate in purchasing arbitration with the Product and Product Planning teams.
Industrial and material management Guarantee the availability of raw materials and optimize their management.
Manage and animate the Fabric Library to meet the needs of the collections.
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying the need to product delivery.
Support teams in searching for suitable technical and industrial solutions.
Coordination and continuous improvement Work in close collaboration with the Product, Style, and Sourcing teams.
Participate in supplier visits and international travel.
Conduct market monitoring and be proactive regarding evolutions in materials, sourcing, and industrial processes with an innovation and CSR vision.
Develop a culture of agility and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing practices. + Technical skills Our dream profile ♥️ Holding a specialized Master's degree in Purchasing / International Trade / Textile Engineering, you have a successful experience of at least 7 years in a similar position.
Experience in an international context is a necessary prerequisite for the position.
You master excel and have a fluent level of English.
Proactivity, flexibility, and negotiation skills are assets that will make you an ideal candidate!
