Project Engineer

Ensure the development and monitoring of engineering projects, supporting the execution of technical activities, documentation, process validation, and compliance with customer requirements in quality, cost, capacity, and deadline.

Required experience

• Desirable experience in management and monitoring of engineering projects.
• Preparation of technical documentation and reports.
• Collection and analysis of production process data.
• Support for testing, validations, and project launches.
• Monitoring of schedules and management indicators.

Technical knowledge

• Engineering project management.
• Interpretation of blueprints.
• Proficiency in Office and information analysis.
• Desirable knowledge in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, and Control Plan.
• Desirable proficiency in Microsoft Project, SAP PS, Solid Edge, and NX.
• Desirable 3D Technical drawing.

Other knowledge

• Basic financial management (Desirable)
• Ability in report preparation and information analysis
• Integrated management systems (Desirable)
• Engineering materials (Desirable)
• Mold and die design (Desirable)
• Finite element simulation (Desirable)

Working conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Occasional availability on weekends depending on process needs.
• Salary: to be agreed upon.
• Contract: direct with the company.
