Business Process Analyst

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
4. Experience preparing business requirements documents (BRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
5. Familiar with CRM, customer journey, omnichannel processes, and customer engagement.
6. Familiar with SQL, Excel, data analysis tools, and process documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, or Visio.
7. Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
