Regional Product Planning Specialist (Central East/ Up to $4500)

Our client, an established MNC in the business of home and building products, is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in executing regional Product Planning activities across different markets.
- Coordinate new product development and product launch activities, ensuring projects progress according to timelines and plans.
- Manage assigned projects and workstreams, tracking key milestones, deliverables and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with HQ, factories, Sales teams, distributors and overseas branches on product requirements and project activities.
- Plan and conduct new product orientation and product training for internal teams and overseas branches.
- Prepare product training materials and relevant documentation to support product launches and ongoing product knowledge.
- Monitor regulatory and product standard updates across assigned markets and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate product certification, testing and factory/certification audits to ensure regulatory and market requirements are met.
- Provide product and technical support by coordinating technical enquiries with HQ and factories.
- Maintain accurate product information, technical specifications, project records and certification documentation.
- Proactively identify potential delays or issues, follow up with stakeholders and escalate matters where required.
- Support continuous improvement of Product Planning processes, workflows and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline preferred; relevant product/technical experience will also be considered.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in product planning, project coordination, regulatory compliance or related functions.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with technical product information, specifications and documentation.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and product specifications; CAD/DWG or AutoCAD knowledge will be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Willing to undertake overseas travel for factory audits and other business requirements.
