Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic. Supervise staff, schedules, attendance and workplace conduct. Ensure excellent client service and smooth client flow. Manage clinic documentation, records, reports and administrative systems. Monitor stock, supplies and clinic equipment. Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs, hygiene and operational standards. Handle client complaints and staff issues professionally. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management. Coordinate with management, suppliers and external service providers. Identify operational problems and take initiative to resolve them

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations/management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, wellness or hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent organisation and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Mature, firm, confidential and highly professional.

Remuneration: NGN  225,000 - 325,000 Monthly
