Operations Manager

Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki, responsible for overseeing daily operations across condition monitoring, automation, fire and gas, instrumentation, and procurement services. This role coordinates project planning and execution, manages workflows, and ensures that services are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. The Operations Manager supervises and supports cross-functional teams, manages resource allocation, and maintains strong relationships with clients and global vendors. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, resolving operational issues, and preparing reports for leadership. The role also involves implementing standard operating procedures, supporting compliance with regulatory and company policies, and contributing to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations across all departments.
• Streamline processes and remove bottlenecks.
• Lead, coach and support cross functional teams.
• Set, track and report on KPIs and targets.
• Manage budgets, vendors and resources.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a second class degree. (Master's degree is an advantage)
• 6+ years in an operations management role
• Proven leadership and people skills Strong planning, problem-solving and data skills
• Clear communication and reporting Confident with MS (Excel,word and pp) and project management tools
