Based in Lyon, you will join the Business Division Enterprise (HR, Finance, and Payroll software) to lead the XRP Ultimate development team, composed of about ten people, under the responsibility of Jérôme. You will work on a historic and complex ERP product, engaged in a technical transformation phase, with strong challenges regarding the modernization and structuring of the team's operations, in a context including employees based in Lyon and at our excellence center in Morocco.

Your objective? You manage and support the development team in the modernization of a complex historic product, by driving the evolution of the technical stack towards native Java and SaaS compliance. Your action creates the conditions for collective serenity, optimizes delivery, and raises customer satisfaction to a premium level.

Your missions:

• Team Management: You manage the development teams by encouraging collaboration, performance, and the use of AI tools.
• Technical Steering: You translate technological and product orientations into operational decisions, while supporting the evolution of the stack and the modernization of the application base.
• R&D Process Governance: You guarantee the application and continuous improvement of development processes to secure the quality, traceability, and efficiency of deliveries.
• Skills Development: You maintain and develop the team's expertise through coaching, feedback, and technical and methodological upskilling.
• Delivery and Quality: You ensure the delivery of assigned developments in compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and standards defined by R&D.
• Operational Coordination: You manage the daily execution of delivery in connection with stakeholders, anticipating risks and arbitrating priorities.
• Communication and Reporting: You participate in R&D management bodies and produce clear and reliable reporting on progress, risks, and key indicators.
• Recruitment and Integration: You contribute to talent recruitment and support their integration to secure the continuity and performance of the team.

You have at least 5 years of management experience, acquired in an ERP or similar environment characterized by complex technical and organizational challenges. You possess a solid technical foundation from software development, allowing you to understand the issues of design, maintenance, and evolution of a complex product. You demonstrate strong leadership, capable of uniting a multicultural Lyon-Morocco team, driving a transformation, and making legacy technologies and modernization coexist. You have professional English proficiency, allowing you to participate in institutional exchanges and meetings with international interlocutors.
