Within our Enterprise business unit, you will contribute to the development of HR, Payroll, and Finance solutions used every day by the largest companies to manage essential processes such as recruitment and employee onboarding, salary payments, treasury management, or regulatory compliance. Artificial intelligence is the engine of our solutions: it secures and streamlines critical processes, exploits complex volumes of data, improves the reliability of analyses, and accelerates decision-making in environments where every error can have a significant impact. Job Context Within the Cegid HR R&D teams, you will join an organization in full transformation in Boulogne, which develops strategic solutions dedicated to skills management and salary increase campaigns. You will work in an international team of about ten experienced developers and contribute to the modernization of legacy products as well as the development of new features. Alongside Yann and Marion, you will play a central role in technical choices, supporting developers, and adopting new practices, particularly around AI and the latest evolutions of the .NET ecosystem. Your objective? As a Fullstack Tech Lead, you are the team's technical referent and guarantee the quality, consistency, and sustainability of developments. You support developers in their skill development, contribute to architecture choices, and bridge the gap between product challenges and technical directions. You also participate in the modernization of solutions and the integration of innovations, particularly around AI. Your missions- Technical Leadership: you support and advance developers through mentoring, code reviews, and sharing best practices to strengthen the team's autonomy and expertise.

Fullstack Development: you actively contribute to developments while guaranteeing the quality, maintainability, and performance of the delivered solutions.

Application Architecture: you participate in design choices and define technical directions to support the modernization of products and their architecture.

Product Partnership: you collaborate closely with Product teams to transform business needs into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Continuous Improvement: you drive technical excellence by defining development standards, reducing technical debt, and promoting the adoption of innovations, particularly around AI.

You have at least 5 years of experience in software development and have acquired successful initial experience in technical leadership, as a referent or Tech Lead.

You master C#/.NET and React technologies and are able to intervene on Fullstack topics in a demanding application environment.

You move with ease in an Agile and SaaS context and know how to balance code production, quality of deliverables, and technical support for a team.

You demonstrate an excellent collaborative spirit and communicate effectively with Product, Architecture, and various stakeholder teams. Your English is at a minimum B2 level.

You adopt a continuous improvement approach and have a strong interest in innovation and AI uses applied to software development.
