*Responsibilities*

*Must have prior experience with managing all aspects of a childcare centre. Must have skills and ability to lead a large team of educators and provide confidence to both parents and licensing. This is a senior position with significant responsibilities and requires someone with both the skills and positive energy to be successfu.*

• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
• Monitor and support children's development in various areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational experience.
• Provide first aid as needed and ensure children's safety at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills.
• *Qualifications*
• Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• First aid certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to children's needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Experience in behavior management techniques is a plus.
