About the company

Our client is an Alsatian establishment dedicated to the history and manufacturing of chocolate. It offers an immersive experience combining discovery of the trade, demonstrations, workshops, and tastings. The venue welcomes families, groups, and international visitors in a friendly, playful, and educational atmosphere. Within a small team, everyone contributes directly to the visitor experience. The chocolatier thus evolves in an original environment, at the crossroads of artisanal production, knowledge sharing, and entertainment.

Join a human-sized organization linked to the history and manufacturing of chocolate. In this playful and international environment, visitors discover the techniques of the trade through demonstrations, workshops, and tastings. You will work in an original setting that combines artisanal production, creativity, and contact with the public.

Your tasks

What if your first laboratory allowed you to make chocolate, share your expertise, and provide a memorable experience to visitors from all over the world?

You will take charge of the laboratory and create the chocolate creations used during tours, animations, and in the venue's shop. This is not industrial production: your work contributes directly to the experience lived by the visitors.

Your daily life

  • Produce ganaches, pralinés, and various chocolate creations intended for tastings and the shop.
  • Perform tempering, molding, and the various technical manufacturing steps.
  • Imagine creations adapted to the highlights of the year, notably Christmas, Easter, and Valentine's Day.
  • Lead playful workshops in English for international groups of 15 to 25 people, particularly families and children aged 7 and up.
  • Organize your production and manage your laboratory autonomously.

This could be you if

  • You hold a degree in chocolaterie, even if obtained very recently.

  • You speak English fluently in order to lead workshops for an international audience.
  • You enjoy communicating and are comfortable explaining your work and accompanying groups of 15 to 25 people, particularly families and children.
  • You know how to work autonomously in a laboratory, organize your production, and propose seasonal creations.
