Your tasks

The position: The recruitment agency Ceebly is looking for a male/female IT MOE Project Manager for its client The Project Manager is involved in steering improvement projects and the operational implementation of application tools and processes. They are responsible for the description of needs, compliance with deadlines, budget, and operational specificities. They advise and guide operational staff and department heads, and ensure the effectiveness of current and future solutions.

Main Missions Define needs in collaboration with various stakeholders:

• Define functional/technical specifications in terms of tools and processes
• Define the objectives, scope, and deliverables of each project

Plan, coordinate, and implement projects in compliance with deadlines and budgets:

• Develop detailed project plans and a complete backward schedule to anticipate bottlenecks,
• Supervise project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines and budget.
• Optimize resource utilization and identify risks.
• Implement corrective actions if necessary
• Ensure that user acceptance testing (UAT) has been performed and meets the specifications
• Monitor the operational deployment of projects and ensure their effectiveness

Reporting and continuous improvement?

• Maintain project Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports and periodic reviews on project performance.
• ROI monitoring
• Be proactive in the continuous improvement of the processes under their responsibility

Training and communication'

• Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams: Ensure regular communication within teams and with all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee their involvement and obtain regular feedback on project evolution
• Organize training sessions for end users
• Support change management and the implementation of strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools within the company.
• Develop and archive business processes and technical procedures
• Maintain a watch and identify improvement solutions adapted to the strategy and development.

Other missions'

• Coordinate/Ensure technical implementation
• Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of deliverables by developing and organizing tests
• Implement and ensure evolutionary and corrective maintenance

Requirements

Training

• Graduate with a Bac +3 level degree
• Mastery of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile, etc.) and change management

• Ideally, you have experience in project management and/or can justify at least 5 years of significant experience in a highly operational position.
• Good understanding of Lean Management
• Imperative mastery of application development environments (databases, development frameworks, web services), and at least one development language.
• Good knowledge of software architecture principles and data exchange mechanisms'
