Project Manufacturing Manager (M/F)

MISSIONS

Within the Industrial department, you are responsible for the industrialization and manufacturing of products within multidisciplinary project teams.

As a continuation of the company's industrialization process, this new position aims to meet the new challenges of international industrial projects.

Your main missions:

• Ensure compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines for the industrialization and manufacturing of the projects under your responsibility;
• Define, in connection with the design offices and the methods department, the assembly and control processes;
• Be responsible for the production launch of products, in connection with the methods department;
• Coordinate the intervention of the various stakeholders in the company to meet your objectives;
• Participate in feasibility studies and cost estimations during the pre-project phase;
• Contribute to the improvement of economic performance and quality.

Your activities will lead you to work with other teams in the company (design offices, sales department) and with clients.

PROFILE SOUGHT

With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in mechanics or electronics, you have 3 to 6 years of experience in the field of manual production or project management.

You enjoy solving technical challenges and sharing your expertise.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in mechanics and mechatronic systems;
• Production organization, use of an ERP;
• Problem-solving methodologies;
• Rigor and organization;
• Reactivity, dynamism, and leadership;
• Fluent English.

REMUNERATION & PACKAGE

• Gross annual salary: between €42k and €46k gross / year
• Advantageous salary policy (bonuses, annual increase, profit-sharing with employer matching, company savings plan, RTT with possibility of buyout, etc.)
• Day shift - Monday to Friday / 1 day of teleworking
• CADRE status - individualized hours according to the company's working time agreement
