Purchasing Manager (M/F)

As part of our growth and the structuring of our industrial processes, we are strengthening our purchasing department. We are looking for a Purchasing Manager with a strong technical culture in electronics to drive the development of the department.

MISSIONS:

Reporting to the Industrial Service Manager, your mission is to professionalize the purchasing function and secure our component and subcontracting flows. You will also directly manage major subcontracting contracts on large projects and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) purchases.

You will manage one mechanical buyer.

1. Purchasing strategy and policy:

• Define, formalize, and drive the company's purchasing policy in alignment with the overall company strategy;
• Promote the "purchasing" culture within the company;
• Ensure technological and economic monitoring of our supply markets (mechanical, electronic, optical);
• Drive the procurement process within the framework of our QMS (Quality Management System).

1. Operational & project purchasing:

• Manage major subcontracting for our large projects, in support of project teams (selection, contracting, and monitoring), for example for specific developments or testing;
• Carry out the purchase of components and electronic boards (PCB / PCBA), and optical components;
• Develop the supplier panel to meet project challenges;
• Negotiate contractual conditions (price, payment terms, safety stocks, framework agreements);
• Act as the guarantor of administrative compliance (customs, duty of vigilance);
• Drive purchasing and subcontracting on behalf of our foreign subsidiaries.

1. Supplier performance & quality:

• Ensure the overall performance of the supplier panel (OTD, OQD);
• Working in tandem with the quality department, conduct supplier audits, evaluate their industrial capacity, and drive corrective action plans;

The position requires occasional travel in France or abroad.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

You have an engineering background, preferably in electronics, ideally supplemented by a specialized master's degree in purchasing or with significant experience in purchasing of at least 5 years. You have demonstrated your ability to perform technical purchasing and to drive a purchasing strategy.

You understand manufacturing files (BOMs, Gerber files) and master the specificities of electronic subcontracting.

A minimum English level of B2 / C1 is required (capable of conducting international negotiations).

You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to persuade both internally and externally, and your analytical rigor.

REMUNERATION & PACKAGE:

• Annual gross salary range: from 50k to 60k / year - depending on the profile;
• Advantageous salary policy (bonuses, annual increase, profit-sharing with employer matching, company savings plan, RTT with possibility of buyout, etc.);
• Day shifts from Monday to Friday / 1 day of teleworking;
• EXECUTIVE status - individualized hours according to the company's working time agreement.
