Mechanical Design Engineer - IRTP (M/F)

Reporting to the Electro-mechanisms BE, which consists of 17 people, you will ensure the development of innovative mechatronic components and mechanisms in multiple application fields.

Your missions involve:

• Carrying out R&D work and expertise in your areas of competence;
• Participating in the skill development of the Design Office;
• The Technical Responsibility of multidisciplinary projects with high stakes (involving these areas of competence but not limited to them) in mechatronics and detection, which involves members of the following teams:

• The SEE BE;
• The Electro-Mechanisms BE;
• The Industrial department;
• The Quality department;
• The sales & marketing department.

• Ensuring the design of mechanisms and components (actuators, transducers, sensors, etc.);
• Performing analytical calculations and finite element modeling;
• Writing design justification documents;
• Contributing to the integration of prototypes;
• Establishing test plans and participating in their execution in the laboratory;
• Carrying out technical expertise actions to respond to critical environments: humidity, temperatures, vibrations, etc.

You will join a passionate team of electro-mechanical engineers and technicians and work in support, using the 3C approach: Concertation, Collaboration, and Cordiality, with all stakeholders.

SEARCHED PROFILE

You are a graduate engineer from an Engineering school in Mechanics or a technological University and you have successful experience in projects with high technical content in a demanding field.

You master mechanical design tools and techniques:

• CAD tools (ideally SolidWorks)
• Analytical structural calculations and finite element simulation
• Reading blueprints and functional dimensioning
• Report writing

Knowledge in structural dynamics, magnetism, and piezoelectricity, as well as notions in control command and electronics, would be a plus.

You master technical English (B2 level required due to the international dimension of CTEC)

REMUNERATION & PACKAGE

• Gross annual salary range: from 45k / year - depending on profile

• Day shift - Monday to Friday / 1 day of teleworking
• CADRE status - individualized schedule according to the company's working time agreement
