Head of Tax & Treasury, Remote or London

A role has been created for a Head of Tax & Treasury working for a high growth, PE backed multinational group. The Group has an impressive 5-year plan that will see it grow organically and through acquisition.

They are looking for an experienced Tax professional to put a strategy in place for tax, manage global compliance, add value to transactions and put governance and processes in place.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and lead the Group's global tax strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, growth plans and shareholder expectations Own the Group's transfer pricing strategy, governance framework and supporting documentation. M&A support to include structuring, integration and synergy realisation Provide oversight and governance across all indirect taxes, including VAT, GST, WHT and Employment taxes Oversight of compliance, tax provisioning, tax accounting and external reporting requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Tax or International Tax Senior Manager / Director to take on a broader remit and shape how Tax & Treasury can become a strategic part of the leadership team.

This is a fast paced, high growth business that requires someone with strong UK and international tax experience with the ability to demonstrate being hands-on as well as strategic.
