PLANT MECHANIC

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute Preventive Maintenance Program to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and monitor assigned work areas.
• Performs machine repair according to the category of urgency and importance.
• Conduct an hourly roving routine in the machine to foresee the possible damage and make necessary actions as early as possible.
• Monitors performance and operation of auxiliaries.
• Diagnose machine breakdown and troubleshoot.
• Assist storeroom custodian receiving incoming items used in repair or maintenance.
• Help inventory of parts and equipment and maintains inventory record.
• Create a list of to purchase spare parts.
• Other duties assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Vocational Course in Mechanical, Electrical, or maintenance tech.
• With at least 3 years of experience in equipment and machine maintenance & troubleshooting.
• With proper training and solid experience in troubleshooting of Pneumatics and hydraulics systems and machineries and equipment.
• Knowledge in HVAC System, mechatronics motor, automation & sensor technology control and boiler operations maintenance.
• Willing to be assigned at Sitio Tawagan, Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu.
