PLANT MANAGER

a.) Responsible over the entire plant production management involving production planning, production control and product quality. b.) Primarily responsible in communicating with Japanese suppliers for the procurement of raw materials. c.) He carries out marketing promotions to the current and prospective clients, mostly Japanese owned firm. d.) He examines and approved designs of the clients purchase order for production. e.) Perform routine safety checks on equipment. f.) Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding process. g.) Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage. h.) Oversee operations to ensure the safety of all machineries and operators. i.) To enforce the health and safety laws to keep the workers safe.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5 to 7 years in working in Production Plant Operation, Manufacturing Experie nce.
• Can Speak and write Nihonggo
• Proficient in Computer and its Application
• Can fix and repair machineries
• Proficient in English Communication
• Leadership to guide and motivate workers.
