The candidate will join the "portfolio management" team of Ampère gestion by participating in the financial control of the funds managed by the management company. They will be responsible for the financial analysis and communication of 2 investment funds marketed as unit-linked components of life insurance contracts. They will work in close consultation with other employees of the company (real estate managers, asset manager, CDC Habitat teams) and with external service providers (advisors, third-party asset-manager / property manager, custodians, statutory auditors, chartered accountants, etc.). As part of their responsibilities, their main missions will consist of supporting the fund managers in:

Steering fund performance: Calculation of quarterly net asset values of the investment funds Establishment of annual budgets and regular updates in the form of forecasts; Participation in updating the business plans of existing investment funds: Participation in the development of business plans for the creation of new vehicles; Quarterly review of financial statements and performance analysis Risk management (stress tests).

Financial value creation: Management of financial leverage (participation in setting up financing contracts and monitoring ongoing financing); Preparation of financing committees and valuation committees for financial instruments; Monitoring of reporting sent to financing banks (LTV, DSCR, ICR ratios...); Management of the financial structuring leverage.

Operational management and participation in reporting: Preparation and synthesis of financial data communicated to investors in quarterly reports and during investor councils; Monitoring key performance indicators of the various funds (leverage ratios, debt service coverage ratios, IRR, APR, current yield...); Monitoring and management of cash flow; Regulatory and tax monitoring; Participation in the production of regulatory reporting (AIFM, PRIIPS, Transparenciations).
